Yoga for Writers —
Yoga and writing both ask us to quiet the mind, listen for wisdom and find flow.
Flow! That elusive magic! The good news is that focus and flow are skills that can improve with practice. That’s why I host these evening salons.
Once a month, a small group of us meet in my Chiswick home for an hour of gentle yoga, followed by a roundtable discussion about our works in progress. We’re not a critique group — more a support group for the creative life. £20 for the two-hour session. Address shared on booking.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The first hour
Gentle, slow flow yoga designed to undo the damage of long hours at a desk. We’ll finish with a 15 minute guided meditation to inspire focus and creativity.
The second hour
We’ll move to my dining table for tea and conversation about our writing projects and the creative process.
Who this is for
Whether you're mid-draft, blocked, or just beginning — this is a practice that supports your whole creative life, not just your body.
Small groups
Deliberately intimate. You'll leave knowing who else was in the room, which is half the point.
